Kremer Eye Center is the first in Philadelphia, southern New Jersey, and Delaware to offer CKĀ® for hyperopia.

2003

Kremer Eye Center begins performing WAVEfront custom LASIK.

Kremer Eye Center surgeons are also the first in the region to perform sutureless corneal transplants.

2004

Kremer Eye Center is the first in the region to offer IntraLase bladeless LASIK technology.

Kremer doctors are among the first in the region to utilize the newest generation of multi-focal lenses for patients with bifocals or reading glasses.

2006

Kremer cataract surgeons are among the first in the region to implant toric lenses, which help patients with astigmatism.

2008

Thanks to extensive surgeon experience, Kremer Eye Center becomes one of six national surgeon-training sites for the Visian ICL procedure.

Kremer is the first and only center in the region to use the highly advanced screening technology of a pentacam and hysteresis in LASIK screenings.

2009

Kremer Eye Center is the first in the tri-state area to perform corneal transplants with IEK laser technology (IntraLase-enabled Keratoplasty).

Kremer continues to participate in FDA and other investigative protocols to develop the technology and procedures of tomorrow.
