Amanda Friess, O.D. serves as the Clinical Director of Kremer Eye Center in Wilmington, DE. She manages the pre- and post-operative care of LASIK refractive and medical patients.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biobehavioral Health and Pre-medicine from Pennsylvania State University, Dr. Friess went on to become a Doctor of Optometry at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, earning clinical honors. She performed an internship at the Visual Health and Surgical Center in Lake Worth, working in a variety of clinics including glaucoma, oculoplastics, cornea, and retina. Dr. Friess completed further clinical training at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia and Wilkes-Barre VA Hospital. Prior to joining the Kremer team, Dr. Friess worked in private practice and served as a Clinical Evaluator for a Bausch & Lomb toric contact lens study.
Dr. Friess is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
