Kremer Cares Teams with The Carson Wentz AO1 Foundation for Annual Holiday Fundraiser
October 30, 2018
Through Kremer Cares, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the team at Kremer Eye Center can do its part to give back and make the local community a better place for everyone. Since 2016, Kremer Cares has partnered with and supported a number of different charities throughout the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey areas, including The AO1 Foundation.
Founded by Philadelphia quarterback and 2017 Kremer vision correction alum, Carson Wentz, The AO1 Foundation is a charitable organization that’s committed to uplifting the community and providing opportunities and support to locals in need.
Last year, Kremer Cares teamed up with The AO1 Foundation to raise over $20,000 to Canine Partners for Life. This year, we’re partnering with the foundation once again for a 2nd Annual Fundraiser to support Thy Kingdom Crumb.

Kremer Cares & The AO1 Foundation’s 2nd Annual Fundraiser
Kremer Cares and The AO1 Foundation’s 2nd Annual Fundraiser will take place in November and December, and donations will benefit Thy Kingdom Crumb.
In addition to the donations received, Kremer Eye Center will also donate a percentage of proceeds from all refractive surgeries (LASIK, PRK, Visian ICL, and Refractive Lens Exchange) to support the fundraiser.
About Thy Kingdom Crumb
Launched by The AO1 Foundation and The Connect Church, Thy Kingdom Crumb is a mobile food truck that offers free, quality food for all in the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey areas, regardless of their socioeconomic circumstance.
Inspired by Carson Wentz’s desire to give back and make a difference in the community, the food truck is designed to uplift and help those in all walks of life.
Prizes for Donors and Kremer Patients
In addition to benefiting a great organization, this fundraiser gives donors and Kremer patients a chance to win incredible prizes to thank them for their support.
- For Donors: Those who make a personal donation will have a chance to win a signed Carson Wentz jersey.
- Kremer Patients: Anyone who has a refractive surgery scheduled at Kremer Eye Center during November and December will automatically be entered to win two passes to attend a 2019 Training Camp practice and meet Carson following the practice, along with 2 signed Wentz Jerseys!
