LASIK and Refractive Procedures King of Prussia, PA

As one of Kremer Eye Center’s surgical centers, our King of Prussia location offers surgical options designed to correct refractive errors like nearsightedness and astigmatism. One of our most advanced procedures is iLASIK.

iLASIK is a 100% bladeless vision correction solution that’s customized to each patient’s specific needs. It starts with the innovative iDesign Advanced WaveScan Studio System. This scans each eye for three seconds and creates a 3D image highlighting the eyes’ unique imperfections. Then, our surgeons use this information to develop the exact vision correction treatment plan you need.

Once the appropriate treatment plan has been determined, Kremer surgeons in King of Prussia will create a micro-thin flap in the cornea with the innovative iFS advanced bladeless laser. Clinically proven to make LASIK surgeries faster, safer, and more precise, this cutting-edge technology can create a stronger and more secure LASIK flap.

After the flap is created and lifted, we use an ultra-precise, cool beam laser to apply the Advanced CustomVue treatment. Guided by the information collected from the iDesign WaveScan, the laser reshapes the cornea to correct the imperfections. Then, the LASIK flap is repositioned, and the procedure is over.

iLASIK isn’t the only vision correction procedure offered at Kremer’s King of Prussia location. If you are not a good candidate for LASIK, our surgical center features other options such as:

  • Visian ICL
  • INTACS corneal implants
  • PRK
  • LASEK
  • Epi-LASIK
  • Clear Lens Extraction

To see if you qualify for LASIK or to learn more about our vision correction solutions, schedule a LASIK consultation.

Cataract Surgery King of Prussia PA

When cataracts start to affect your normal vision, Kremer Eye Center is here for you. Our treatments offer a less invasive way to remove cataracts and restore your vision. Plus, it’s designed to ensure a faster recovery.

Cataract surgery at our King of Prussia location is a quick outpatient procedure that results in restored vision. To sanitize the eyes and reduce discomfort during the procedure, our cataract surgeons will begin by administering anesthetic eye drops. Then, they will create a small opening and use advanced tools and technologies to dissolve the cataract in the eye.

Finally, they remove the damaged lens and replace it with a synthetic lens. We have many different types of cataract lenses, and each one can restore and improve vision after cataract removal surgery.
